Before joining Tusk, she served as Deputy Conservation Director for Africa at The Nature Conservancy, leading strategic programmes in biodiversity protection, community engagement, and sustainable development.

Dean Chown was appointed Head of Finance in August 2025. He brings over 13 years of finance experience, including more than a decade with a global entertainment leader and three years at Deloitte, and serves as a Trustee for TEACH Poole, a Multi-Academy Trust.
