DELIVERY POLICY

UK Delivery

Orders will include standard UK delivery of £3.95 – free for orders over £75.

We aim to deliver your items within 7-10 days of order placement. During busy periods it may take longer to process your order. If you require your items to be delivered sooner then please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange this. Additional postage may apply. Payment is accepted via credit or debit card for quick postal methods using Worldpay Pay by Link – see below.

International Delivery

If you wish for your items to be delivered internationally please contact us for an estimated delivery cost.  Email [email protected] or call +44 (0)1747 831005.


RETURN POLICY

If after receiving your purchase(s) you decide that you want to return it please let us know within 30 days. We will only accept returned item(s) if sent back to us in their original condition. If you wish to exchange your product(s) you can select different product(s) to the same amount or we can refund the difference.

Returning an item

If you wish to exchange a product or product size please note that the costs to return the item are non-refundable. If you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want your purchase, costs to return the item are non-refundable.  If item(s) are damaged, faulty or there was an error upon dispatching we will refund the cost of postage, upon prior agreement.

What to do next

Email [email protected] and state whether you wish to exchange or refund your item in as much detail as possible. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please specify the item(s) you wish to receive in return. If returning damaged or faulty goods please inform of of the cost of postage. Alternatively you can also call +44 (0)1747 831005  and let us know.


DONATIONS REFUND POLICY

Under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances.  The Charities Act 2011 can be found here.

However, there may be an occasion when you need to speak to one us to discuss your donation – give us a call on +44 (0)1747 831005 or email us at [email protected].


CHALLENGE EVENTS

Entry Fee Refunds

Entry fees for the London Marathon, Safaricom Marathon, and Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions.

Safaricom Marathon Accommodation & Transport Fees

Safaricom accommodation and transport fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation received more than 30 days prior to the event will result in a refund of 70% of all accommodation fees. The event organisers reserve the right to change event dates, venue capacity arrangements or cancel the event and such cancellation, variation or interruption shall not entitle the participant to any claim.


ABOUT WORLDPAY PAY BY LINK

Tusk Payments are powered by Worldpay.  On occasion we use the Pay by Link email method to request payments.

Q: What is a request for payment by email (Pay by Link)?
A: A request for payment by email (Pay by Link) allows Tusk to create and send a payment link for a pre-determined amount to our donors, supporters, fundraisers and customers.  In order for us to send this type of payment request, you will have to provide us with your email address.
By clicking on the “Pay Now” button or the link in the email, you will be directed to the Worldpay payment page where you can make the payment to Tusk.

Q: I’ve received an email requesting a payment. Is it legitimate?
A: 
If you receive a request for payment by email (Pay by Link), you should only click the “Pay Now” button or the link if you are familiar with the Tusk are expecting a request for payment from us. You will have given your email address to us to receive a payment request. If you have not expected a payment request or are not familiar with Tusk, do not click the Pay Now button or the link and do not progress with the payment.

Q: The details of the payment request are not as I expected (e.g. the amount). What do I do?
A:
 As with any transaction, please check the details of the payment request are correct before progressing with the payment. If you are not satisfied, you should contact Tusk and we can amend the payment request details. Worldpay cannot amend a request for payment by email (Pay by Link).
