Digital Fundraising Officer
Tusk is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Fundraising Officer to join our team in the Gillingham, Dorset office. In this new and varied role, you will help underpin the ongoing growth of the charity, using your digital skills to support the ongoing development of Tusk’s fundraising platforms, including websites and social media. The role will also provide digital support for the charity’s wider operations and the office and fundraising teams.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will play a critical role in the success of Tusk’s fundraising events, by helping manage online/virtual fundraising platforms and activities, including ticket sales, guest lists, and online auction systems. This will entail advanced manipulation of data and the role will require confidence with data management, data merging, and reporting. A key part of your role will also be to help maintain and develop Tusk’s websites (www.tusk.org and all event and project-specific websites, especially for the Wildlife Ranger Challenge), reporting on analytics for those sites, to help inform their ongoing development.
We are looking for someone with confident IT knowledge, digital marketing and social media experience. You should have excellent communication skills and work well in a team. Ideally, you will also have experience in a fundraising or charity environment and knowledge of websites and content management systems, analytics, and fundraising platforms.

Fundraising & Office Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays great attention to detail to join our fundraising team in Gillingham, Dorset. Strong administrative experience, as well as IT and database skills are essential. A background in charity – specifically fundraising – would be a great asset (although we are willing to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills). Someone with drive and energy would be a great addition to the fundraising team.
This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development; the chance to work with individual donors and to support fundraising events and high-profile charity challenges (such as the London Marathon and Lewa Safari Marathon. We are therefore also looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently and effectively with donors. The role also involves helping to develop Tusk’s digital platforms, and also includes some office management.
