Friends of Tusk Dinner

Friends of Tusk Dinner

On Thursday 7th November the Friends of Tusk USA converged at the Tribeca Rooftop to support Tusk’s vital efforts in Africa to protect threatened species, including elephant, rhino cheetah, mountain and lowland gorillas, and chimpanzees. Guests were told of a horrendous statistic: last year, it is estimated that 35,000 elephant were slaughtered for ivory trinkets.

During the evening, 240 guests admired magnificent large-scale works by British-born photographer David Yarrow of endangered African animals, being sold to support Tusk.
