Christie's Conservation Lecture - David Yarrow

Christie's Conservation Lecture :

David Yarrow

On Wednesday 30th April, guests at the Christie's Conservation Lecture in aid of Tusk enjoyed a superb talk by the acclaimed photographer, David Yarrow. The audience was treated to tales of his introduction to photography and reflections on his mentors, not forgetting the influence of greats such as Robert Capa.

David offered vivid insights into the work, preparation and passion behind a masterful image. The audience was particularly captivated by his experiences in Amboseli and Lewa, capturing up close and personal images of rhino, elephant and lion.

A number of David's images, including some from the new "Kenya Collection" were displayed in the gallery; proceeds from the sale of these works will be generously donated to Tusk.

Tusk would like to thank David Yarrow and his wonderful team for their incredible support for Tusk. And special thanks also go to Christie's for so generously hosting this glamorous event.
