Simon KingSimon King - Television presenter, film maker and conservationist agreed to be a patron of Tusk in 2007.

Simon King was born in Nairobi, Kenya but moved to the UK in 1964 and has been working in the field of Natural History film making for almost 30 years.

Ruby WaxRuby Wax - is a sharp tongued, sharp witted, brash American comedienne who has been seen regularly on television screens since the late 1980s. She is perhaps more known in the UK, where she has lived for many years, than in her native USA. Ruby agreed to be a Tusk Patron in 2007.

Ronnie Wood - Rolling Stones - Tusk PatronRonnie Wood - Our longest standing supporter and first ever Patron, Ronnie Wood has been involved with Tusk since 1991.

He is pictured on location whilst filming the BBC1 documentary 'Alistair McGowan Goes Wild with Rhino'. The programme, broadcast in February 2004, was made in Kenya.

Jackson Looseyia - BBC's first Kenyan presenter of 'Big Cat Live'. Born in the heart of the Maasai Mara where he grew up surrounded by wildlife, he became one of the first Maasai safari guides in the Reserve and is now a partner in Rekero Camp, one of Kenya's best safari destinations. A founder and trainee of the Koiyaki Guiding School, Jackson is a strong supporter of the school and is now its international ambassador. "The school has sent the right message to our grassroots communities on how to look after the wildlife and its habitats through creating qualified guides who can compete for jobs in the tourism industry". Deborah Meaden - Investor and businesswoman, best known for her role on the BBC's 'Dragon's Den', Deborah became a Patron and Special Advisor to Tusk in 2010. On a visit to the Tusk funded Northern Rangelands Trust community based initiative in Kenya Deborah said, '“We were heartened to see how the local communities embrace the ‘Conservancy’ model and it became clear to us that this circular model is probably the most sustainable way forward." Catherine Keener - Twice Oscar-nomiated actress for Being John Malkovich and Capote who, in 2006, co-produced the award- winning documentary about the lives of three Sudanese Lost Boys, God Grew Tired of Us. Catherine's passion for and love of Africa was evident when she visited a number of Tusk-funded projects in Kenya last year. She became a Patron of the charity in 2011.
