Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot in aid of Tusk

Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot

in aid of Tusk

The second Tusk Clay Pigeon Shoot took place at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School on Friday 19 September 2014, generously sponsored by Artemis Investment Management LLP.  The friendly rivalry made for a very good day and a great deal of humorous jostling amongst the guests.Teams of four guns enjoyed an excellent day's sport, thanks to the professional support of the team at the RBSS and the seasoned instructors, imparting their wisdom at every stand.  The flushes were very popular features of the day and the overall winner was Mr James Frost. The winning team was PVM Oil Associates.

Our special thanks go to Artemis Investment Management for the company’s generoussponsorship of this event and for the contribution made by the two Artemis teams on the day.Following an excellent lunch, Dylan Williams of The RBSS joined in the fray and led a good auction with some excellent prizes.  Tusk would particularly like to thank the auction donors for their wonderful support: The Mantis Group, Painted Dog Conservation and Peter Blinston, Dr Sir Christopher Lever Bt, Mrs Rose Paterson, Dan Hewitt, Artemis Investment Management, Rosamond Lloyd and Lin Barrie.

Tusk would like to thank Artemis for its wonderful support and all the teams for their gamesmanship on the day.  Added thanks go to The RBSS and to Andy Pitts-Tucker and Tim Jackson.
